I didn't get it at first because obviously Rihanna isn't anywhere near big enough to wear a size 10, so it couldn't be a weight issue. I think what the song is saying is that Rihanna found something that was a size 10 and she knows it can't belong to her. She basically, just caught dude cheating because of this size 10 dress or whatever it is.
