*Some people actually do. When they first started they were considered "pop punk " or "modern Pop ". As for myself I do not considered them an emo band.

Not really. They're more of a punk pop kind of band. "The Used " is one of the most emo bands I an think of..

No. their music isn't emo, their latest album is nowhere near emo. just because pete wears skinny jeans and guy liner doesn't make him emo, especially now that he's cut his hair.
