What disturbed song is this?
I was at the Disturbed concert yesterday Awesome and there was this song I don't know the name of. I know the words but I just can't remember the name. One part of it is Now I know you can't tell my tone of voice but I'm guessing the lyrics will help Is she alright? Is she Insane? Please help me because this is driving me crazy.
Is anyone else unusually disturbed by the plot of the upcoming "Never Let Me Go"?
Let me warn you that this question has spoilers for the film. I haven't seen it, as it's not been released, not have I yet read the novel on which it's based, but would do so before the film. I've read a plot description and watched the trailer, and ever since have been very uneasy and disturbed, and this is coming from someone who watches disturbing horror movies all the time. The book and film are set in a dystopian Britain, at a kid's private school. The kids have all been cloned, with the intention that their organs will be harvested when they're adults. Of course this plot has been done at least twice, in " Parts The Clonus Horror" featured on " MST3K" and " The Island" from 2005, which I haven't watched. The difference with this is that, according to the trailers, the kids know that they've been bread to be donors, something that's quite disturbing. The film apparently follows them as they grow up with this knowledge, and fall in love and such. The combination of such a lurid plot with the Merchant Ivory aesthetic that dominates the film is very disquieting in a way I can't quite put my finger on. Does anyone else feel this way?

I think it was a big dissapointment all of their original ideas that have been used to death and nothing truly groundbreaking like their first 3 albums. The only real song of any merit was the U2 cover. Thoughts?

I got a copy of some of the songs off disturbed's new album Asylum. Ishfwilf a U2 cover starts off with 1min and 35secs of no noise or music. Is it suppose to, or did i just get a bad copy?
Very disturbing scene in manchurian candidate?
i wacthed the manchurian candidate for the first time tonight, yes, im very late, i know and although i thouroughly enjoyed the film, i was disturbed by a certain scene, near the end when eleanor and raymond her son are alone after one of his operations, she kisses him on the lips, and they seem to have a connection, not a patrnal one, but something else. incest i just want to know, is this on purpose, and does this happen in the novel, all was it bad acting that misleads people?

BQ Without giving too much away, what was it about?I just got done watching Revolutionary Road, with Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio, a little while ago and though it was well acted it was quite disturbing...especially the ending. Reckless One Yikes I just read Wikipedia's plot summary on that movie. I'm Christian and that's definitely NOT how I share my faith. Jr HOLY CRAP I just Googled, " I Spit on Your Grave," and I'm deeply disturbed even though I only read about it. I can't imagine watching it and I NEVER will shudders
